CRIME NO.258 OF 2016 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.151 of 2017 dated 06.01.2017 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 22.01.2017 and the final report was filed and the same was taken on file as S.C.No.11 of 2014 on the file of the Mahila Court, Thanjavur.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
