This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.690 of 2020 within a time frame.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the first respondent Police completed the investigation in Cr.No.690 of 2020 and filed the final report through E.filing before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kumbakonam. However, it is yet to be taken on file.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a 2/4
