This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry was conducted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and the petition was closed and hence, there is no question of
harassment. He would further submit that the respondent police has not harassed the petitioner.
4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
