Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

2. Anticipatory Bail was granted by this Court as per order dated 02.02.2017 directing the petitioners to appear before the concerned Court within 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which anticipatory bail stands dismissed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners 1 to 4 states that the copy of the order was made ready on 07.02.2017 and the present petition is filed on 22.02.2017 and hence the petitioners 1 to 4 seek time.

4.Considering the reasons assigned for extension of time, 10 days time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as last chance for complying the condition as ordered in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1025of 2017, dated 02.02.2017. This petition is ordered accordingly.
