The writ of Mandamus preferred by the wife of life convict to consider the request for emergency leave is dismissed in view of the order passed by the Prison Authority dated 10.02.2025 stating that the reason for seeking emergency leave found to be not true. The petitioner is given liberty to challenge the rejection order, if so advised.
