ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.28 of 2018 from the file of the second respondent herein to any other Investigating agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The petitioner complains that on his complaint dated 22.09.2016 disclosing the offence under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 506(1) IPC, a case has been registered after one year on 20.09.2017. Even then, to his knowledge there is no progress in the investigation.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to appoint another Investigating Officer to investigate the matter and nominate the jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police to monitor the course of investigation.
