The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent to monitor the investigation in Crime No.60 of 2020 of Ervadi Police Station.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.60 of 2020 was already completed and final report has also been made ready. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
