ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District to expedite the proceedings in O.S.No.131 of 2022 and to dispose of the same within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the trial commenced, he filed a petition in I.A.No.685 of 2023, to recall himself for further chief examination. Even after lapse of one year, there is no progress in the above said I.A.

3.In view of the above said grievance, let the above said I.A.No. 685 of 2023 in O.S.No.131 of 2022, be disposed of by the trial Court, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
