This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to set aside the order passed in Criminal Revision No.30 of 2012 dated 22.08.2018, on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge of Tiruchirappalli, confirming the order of the Trial Court passed in Crl.M.P.No.9442 of 2011 in S.T.C.No.2254 of 2009 dated 17.02.2012, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirappalli. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made an endorsement that he is withdrawing the Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
