ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to expedite the investigation in Crime No.44 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent and to file a final report. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.44 of 2020, is underway and prays for five months time to file a final report.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet, as the case may be in Crime No.44 of 2020 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
