[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 36 days in the filing the above writ appeal.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent / writ petitioner / caveator, who is the contesting respondent, has no objection for condoning the delay. Hence, we are inclined to condone the delay.

3. Since there is no objection on the part of the contesting respondent, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 36 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.
