ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Crime No.134 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the petitioner is that based on the confession of the 1st accused, the petitioners were implicated in this case as A2 to A4 alleging that they possessed 2 kgs of Ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that A1 was released on bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that there is no previous case is pending against the 1st petitioner and the 2nd petitioner is having two previous case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Additional District Court for Principal Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm until further orders.

The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
