2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner/ Subramanian @ Sangili is having five previous cases; Murugan is having two previous cases and Arumugam is having nine previous cases; and that the Inspector of 2/5

Police, North Valliyoor Police Station, has already given requisition to the third respondent for initiating proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C and that the requisition is pending before the third respondent.

3. In case, the third respondent inclines to take the requisition on file, issue summons to the petitioner and the petitioner is directed to appear on receipt of summons.

4. With the above directions, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
