ORDER

The petitioner has expressed willingness to pay the arrears of maintenance amounting to Rs. 5,00,000/-.

2. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) in the name of the minor child, the second respondent, in a newly opened account in any one of the nationalised banks on or before 29.06.2026, for consideration of the petition seeking condonation of delay.
