ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.1,2 & 4, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and 302 of IPC, in Crime No.491 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the deceased had illicit relationship with the sister of the first petitioner and thereafter, the deceased murdered his sister and in a relationship, the accused are said to have attacked the deceased on 28.07.2015 with lethal weapons and caused his death.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the deceased was having illicit relationship with so many women and he has been murdered by some other person and the petitioners are implicated only on suspicion. He further submitted that co-accused has already been granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18827 of 2015.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that major part of the investigation is over.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
