Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.AJMAL KHAN, Senior counsel for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES, for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Both the counsel for the appellant as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) are present.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant states that as per the order passed by this Court dated 27.02.2017, the appellant has executed the bonds before the concerned Magistrate.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)has no objection to extend the order of suspension of sentence and also in appeal bail till the disposal of the main appeal.

4. In view of the said submission, this petition is allowed and the interim appeal bail granted is extended till the disposal of the appeal.
