Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.5965/2019/D2 dated 02.12.2019 and quash the same on the ground that the same is arbitrary, illegal and without any legal basis and consequently directing the respondents to grant permission to take water from the petitioner's well comprised in S.F.No. 279/1F2 situated at Navakani Revenue Village and laying pipe line to the petitioner's land comprised in survey No.69/1B, 69/2 of Navakani Village, Dindigul District through the western side of the bunds of the Government Odai Puramboke land comprised in S.F.Nos.16/1, 2/1 situated in Chinthalappatti Village and Cart Track comprised S.F.No.1/1 situated at Navakani Village as per the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No. 202, Revenue (NN) 5(ii) Department, dated 24.04.2000.
