RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23880 of 2016 dated 29.12.2016 on the file of this Honourable High Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KARUNANITHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition on 04.01.2017 onwards and investigation is pending. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required. This petition is ordered accordingly.
