RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition to the North Police Station, Karaikudi instead of respondent police ie. Kumbakonam Taluk Police Station in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 1440 of 2017 dated 10.02.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANESHPRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

2. This Court by order dated 10.02.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1440 of 2017 directed the petitioner to appear before the Kumbakonam Taluk Police Station, Kumbakonam daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. However, the petitioner failed to comply with the said condition and filed the present petition for modification of the said condition, directing the petitioner to appear before the North Police Station, Karaikudi instead of Kumbakonam Taluk Police Station, Kumbakonam. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted the final report was filed in C.C.No.36 of 2017 before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said case is posted for hearing on 05.04.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam every Monday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 4 weeks. This petition is ordered accordingly.
