The petitioner has filed this petition to restrain the first respondent from harassing him.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner is figuring as an accused in Crime No.9 of 2022. It is for the petitioner to apply for anticipatory bail. No relief can be granted in this petition.
