CRL OP(MD). No.2273 of 2020 2.This Court already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 12.02.2020 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in C.C.No.229 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter it was extended. Now the learned Judicial Magistrate requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, four months time is granted for disposing C.C.No.229 of 2019 and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
