NO. 15 of 2014 dated 01.06.2015 passed by the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Ramanathapuram.

PRAYER IN CRL.RC(MD).2/2017 : To call for the records in Crl.A.No.21 of 2015 dated 29.11.2016 passed by the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram confirming the conviction and sentence passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram in CC No.15 of 2014 dated 01.06.2015 and set aside the same.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner is exempted to surrender before the Trial Court, till the disposal of the revision.
