Challenging the notification issued by the third respondent dated 27.12.2024, this Writ Petition is filed.

2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, acknowledging the plight of the petitioner, the instructions received by the learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent is that they are inclined to withdraw the impugned tender.
