ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.440 of 2016 from the file of the second respondent herein to any other investigating agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police completed the investigation and dropped the action in this case as the allegation was found to be mistake. He also added that referred charge sheet notice has also been served on the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner refuses this aspect.

5. Inasmuch as the as the investigating Agency has come to the conclusion, this Court merely directs the petitioner to approach the concerned Magistrate for appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
