************** [Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH, J.] Challenge is made to the order of the learned Single Judge dated 12.06.2023 in W.P.(MD)No.4781 of 2023. 2.The Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court in the case of Government of Tamil Nadu, represented by its Secretary to Government and others Vs. R.Kaliyamoorthy reported in 2019

(6) CTC 705, has already settled the law that 50% of the past 2/5

services of the Pre-Vocational Instructors can be counted, which judgment has been relied upon by the learned Single Judge in the Writ Petition.

3.We do not find any infirmity in the judgment of the learned Single Judge which has placed reliance on the decision in R.Kaliyamoorthy's case. Hence, there are no merits in the present Writ Appeal.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Appeal fails and the same is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
