The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.108 of 2025 on the file of the respondents.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed as mistake of fact and RCS notice has also been served to the defacto complainant and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the learned Trial Court, if so advised.
