Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 1719/ 2017 in CRL OP(MD)No.23094 of 2016: To condone the absence in respect of the condition imposed in the order dated 08.12.2016 made in Crl.O.P.No.23094 of 2016 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of M/S.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents in all the petitions the court made the following order:- The petition for relaxing the bail condition along with the application to condone the absence of the petitioners from reporting to the learned Judicial Magistrate pursuant to the bail condition, this Court has directed the petitioners to pay cost to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, in order to condone the absence.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners in all petitions submitted that pursuant to the direction of this Court, cost has been paid to the High Court Legal Services Authority. Therefore the absence of these petitioners from reporting to the learned Judicial Magistrate from 11.02.2017 is condoned.

4.The petitions for relaxation are dismissed. The petitioners are directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate as per the earlier bail condition from the date on which the order copy is made ready and liberty is given to this petitioners to revive the relaxation petition after sometime.
