ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1 to strictly instruct the respondent no.2 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent is harassing the petitioner and his family.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that neither a complaint nor any case is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police and the second respondent is neither harassing the petitioner nor interested in harassing the petitioner whatsoever.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is made clear that now the presence of the petitioner is not necessary to the respondent police either for interrogation or for enquiry.
