ORDER

This petition has been filed to recall the order passed in W.P.(MD).No. 36607 of 2025 dated 02.01.2026 and to decide the case on merits. 2.The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the schedule of property mentioned in O.S.No.424 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Court, Sivagangai, has nothing to do with his property. 3.This Court has directed that the issue relating to the schedule of property mentioned in O.S.No.424 of 2020 be looked into before issuing patta. If the scheduled of property mentioned in O.S.No.424 of 2020 has nothing to do with the petitioner namely, Ramesh Kumar, the order passed in the writ petition will have no effect or bearing on the said Ramesh Kumar.
