ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, in Cr.M.P.No.1337 of 2017 by registering an FIR on the complaint dated 28.06.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Investigating Agency has closed the matter as mistake of fact. He however conceded that no notice of RC has been issued to the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is now directed to approach the concerned Magistrate Court for appropriate remedy. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
