ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the 4th and 5th respondents and also thereby directing the respondents 1 to 4 to re-audit the registrations done by the 5th respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2021.

2. A perusal of the relief reveals that the petitioner has filed the petition to redress some public grievances. Thus, the petitioner has to prefer Public Interest Litigation, if at all he wants appropriate relief.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of this Court with reference to proceedings of the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption forwarding the complaint to the Inspector General of Registration for necessary action. However, it is for the petitioner to pursue the same before the Inspector General of Registration. As far as the writ petition is concerned, the relief in the nature of Public Interest Litigation cannot be granted by this Court and it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The writ petition stands dismissed accordingly. No costs.
