Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent No.2 to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2026 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent No.2 to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2026 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the Chief Minister Cell which was directed to the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the petitioner's representation, notice was issued to the petitioner to furnish the documents and particulars and the petitioner ought to appear for the same.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondents on 04.02.2026 and submit all the relevant particulars and documents and corporate for the investigation. The respondents shall proceed further, if any cognizable offence is made out.

5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
