Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is present. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent is also present.

3. On perusal of the records would show that this Court vide order dated 28.02.2017 has granted interim appeal bail and suspension of sentence to the petitioner till 22.03.2017.
4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent has no objection to suspend the sentence of imprisonment alone, till the disposal of the Appeal, since Appeal bail and suspension of sentence had already been granted by this Court.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to suspend the sentence of imprisonment alone, till the disposal of the Criminal Appeal.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the interim appeal bail and suspension of sentence already ordered by this Court on 28.02.2017, is made absolute, as per the terms mentioned in said order.
