O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent herein, who is her husband, lodged a complaint before the second respondent to produce his children. Based on the said complaint, the second respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Earlier, notice was ordered to the respondents. 4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the fourth respondent has been enquired into and subsequently it has been closed.

5.In the above circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner.
