The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein to look into the order and conduct an enquiry against the Tmt.Stellabai/5th respondent herein and take necessary action against the Tmt.Stellabai/5th respondent herein accordance with law by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2021.

2. The writ petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case by directing the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.02.2021, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
