ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who arrayed as A1, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1) (a), 4(i) and 24 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.862 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the A1 is the owner of the Bar and the A2 is the employer of the Tasmac Bar and the second accused opened the shop before the timing.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the the petitioner is the owner of the bar and he was not aware of the offence committed by the second accused. It is further submitted A2 was arrested and released on bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation of the case is pending.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the co-accused was already released on bail, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate-IV, Madurai and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within
