MP (MD) NO.1 of 2014 in Crl.R.C(MD) No.469 of 2014 Prayer in MP(MD).1/2014 in CRL RC(MD).469/2014 : To Suspend the execution of sentence of imprisonment imposed by the Learned Sessions Judge, Thanjavur on the petitioner in C.A. No.60/2013 by judgement dated 18.09.2014 confirming the order of conviction and sentence dated 31.07.

2013 imposed by the Learned FTC Court (Magistrate Level) Thanjavur in C.C. No. 215/2011 to undergo one year S.I and to pay a Compensation of Rs.1,00 Lakh failing which to undrgo three months of S.I for the offences under section 138 N.I Act pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision petition. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ROBINSON, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.ARUN PRASAD, Advocate for respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD).1 of 2014 in Crl.RC(MD).469 of 2014 vide order dated 02.02.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly conceded to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition is relaxed and this petition is ordered. Office is directed to post the Criminal Revision case on 23.01.2017 for hearing.
