2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying the conditions imposed by this Court regularly for the past 31 days and the investigation is going on.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner. However, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in paragraph No.5 to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent Police once in fifteen days i.e, on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 06/02/2024 / TRUE COPY / /02/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
