The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that this petition is filed seeking a direction against the Respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the Petitioner.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that a civil dispute in O.S.No.33 of 2024 is pending and the Petitioner seeks a direction against the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere into the civil dispute. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that civil dispute is pending between the parties and therefore, current paper in S.No. 04/E2/SO/BS/MC/24 dated 01.02.2024 is closed as per the Circular of the Director General of Police, Head of Police Force, Tamil Nadu State, Chennai-4 in Rc.No.892914/X1/2020 dated 12.03.2021.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
