Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 468, 471 & 420 IPC in Crime No.409 of 2015 seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused collected Rs.60,000/- from the defacto complainant and other twelve persons and created forged patta and issued to the thirteen beneficiaries for the land bearing survey No.70, situated at Thatanur village, Madurai District.

3.According to the petitioners, subsequently, all the patta was cancelled by the Revenue Divisional Officer on the ground that the beneficiaries have not constructed the houses as per the conditions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ imposed in the patta proceedings.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

5.The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is pending. 6.Considering the gravity of the offence and also considering the fact that the investigation is pending, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. However, a direction is issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file final report before the concerned Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
