O R D E R

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner sought a direction against the Respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the Petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the Respondents 1 and 2 would submit that a case in Crime No.25 of 2024 is pending based on the complaint of the 3rd Respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the enquiry will be held as per the Circular of the Director General of Police, Head of Police Force, Tamil Nadu State, Chennai-4 in Rc.No. 892914/X1/2020 dated 12.03.2021.

4. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Respondents 2/5

are directed to follow the guidelines issued in the reported rulings of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SSC 1 regarding the matrimonial dispute and if any summons are served on the Petitioner, it has to be issued in writing specifying the time and date for appearance of the Petitioner. As per the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme court, the Petitioner as a citizen of this Country is directed to co-operate with the pending enquiry. If written summons are issued, the Respondents are directed not to summon the Petitioner at odd hours.
