PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in SCN/1049723309/25 dated 31.07.2025 and to quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

The present wrti petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the first respondent herein wherein the petitioner has been directed to offer his explanation with regard to the adverse police report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner has involved in 7 criminal cases. Out of which 5 of them have ended in favour of the writ petitioner.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), appearing for the second respondent, as on today, two criminal cases are pending against the writ petitioner in C.C.No.601 of 2025 and C.C.No.362 of 2025. Both on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti.

4. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned trial Court seeking permission of the Court to go abroad. In case any such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of 4(four) weeks. Based upon the orders to be passed by the concerned trial Court, the first respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law. 2/4
