ORDER

The petitioner, who stands accused of offences under Sections 120 (b), 406 and 420 IPC along with Section 4 and 5 of the Price, Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978 seeks quash of the proceedings in Crime No.43 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for respondent Police.

3. Learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that investigation informs the non-involvement of the petitioner in the offences committed.

4. Recording the said submission of learned Government Advocate (crl. side), only in respect of petitioner, all further proceedings in Crime.No.43 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police shall stand quashed.

5. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
