2. Learned advocate for the petitioner has taken this Court through the narration in the complaint.

3. Having heard learned advocate for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, we find that, even if the case of the petitioner is accepted on its face value, it is a case where the complaint can be given to the competent authority for registering offences, if otherwise such a case is made out. In the facts of the case, we do not consider it appropriate to exercise powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
