RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed in Crl. M. P. No. 9619 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.No.13292 of 2016 dated 05.10.2016 that the Petitioners to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 A.

M to pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the above circumstances. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.HAJA MOHIDEEN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent and the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m until further orders and also as and when required.
