Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to perform the cultural program (i.e.,) Valli Thirumanam Nadagam and Adal Padal Scheduled to conduct on 05.02.2022 and 06.02.2022 at 06.00 pm., to 10.00 pm., in the event of festival of "Arulmigu Sri Aathisivan Thiru Kovil Kumbavisega Thiruvizha" situated at Kammalapatti, Kalappanpatty and post, peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District by considering petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2022.

The petitioner wants this Court to direct the second respondent to permit him to conduct the petition mentioned event. 2.The petitioner asserts that there is no communal angle.
