Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.OP(MD) No. 15581/2016 dated 30.08.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MALATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA,Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 08.11.2016 onwards. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner shall comply with the existing condition till 08.12.2016

and thereafter, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, monthly once i.e., on first Sunday at 10.30 am and also as and when required until further orders.
