Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide 50 percentage of money from his Employees Provident Fund in EPF no. 18158 and the code number allotted by EPFO is TN/6929/10599 by consider the representation of the petitioner dt 13.7.2020 and 9.12.2020 and pass such further or other orders may deem fit in the circumstances of the case.
