Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 1743/ 2017 IN CRL OP(MD)NO.179/2017: Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.179 of 2017 dated 05.01.2017.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MURALI, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.24222 of 2016 is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 10.01.2017 onwards and the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.179 of 2017 is complying with the conditions from 12.01.2017 and investigation is almost over and final report is yet to be filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioners are charged under Section 302 IPC inclusively, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required.
