Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.ASHOK KUMAR RAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. She further submitted that charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.216 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Cour on all hearings.
